It can be difficult to recall dates and details during an appointment. Write down what you actually noticed, when it happened, and the questions you want to ask.
If you use AI to organize your note, compare its draft with your original words. Check numbers, dates and phrases such as 'did not'. Your veterinarian interprets the observations; the journal does not diagnose them.
